  Please address the inequality in the quality of education as a matter of priority.
  It has been well documented that the northern part of Ghana has been neglected while jealous and ethnocentric southerners harp on about the free education given to northerners during Nkrumah’s rule
  It’s been going backwards ever since to the extent that 80% of schools under trees are in northern Ghana.Please don’t anyone try to tell me that quality education can be delivered to students under trees

  No government and traditional leader discriminate on teacher transfer and posting which are guided by the policy of condition of service that transfer and posting are based on,local language spoken by teacher ,accomodation availabity.cost of paying transfer allowance saving,ill health as climate changes in different areas of posting and transfer and etc. All these are to ensure that the teacher becomes well mixed in the new area and does not see transfer as a punishment, if it is not to punish the teacher for any wrong doing but as a promotion. It can never also be a research style for some reasons of punishment, high cost involvement and death trapping on ill health of climate changes and other unaware risk(s) involvement.

  Any minister,education director who allows a training college teacher to teach at shs to fail a student must be taken to court by the student ,guardian and the citizen .
