If you send money to the various schools principals expect many problems and excuses...chobo, more excuses like oh we went to get rice they only have 10 bags buy we needed 20 and next time they didntnjave it and more excuses and before you know it the money has disappeared and ofcourse there are no. He ks and balances. Agric ministry and GES shoukd sit down and find a solution to this dont give any purchasing power to thr schools..each region needs regional wholesalers for food. The funds meant for school feeding will come from finance ministry to GES. GES will have regional directorate who will procure and deliver the food to the various schools
