  Mahama are you bringing the status quo? We are becoming dissapointed in you before you even start. Why are you not closing some of these useless institutions, what's the difference between YEA and NYA? The youth have not benefited from any of these institutions and the nation is wasting monies on these institutions. These institutions are, avenues to still and misused monies. Business as usual won't reset your agenda.
