Mahama, my advice to you is do whatever you have to do to develop the northern regions. build a railway line from burkina border to the northern ashanti region. make sure the northern belt has roads and highways connecting he various regions. malls in each region. stadiums in each region, cinemas and regional airports. wifi in all shs and tertiary institutions, regional banks, agric and poultry farms in each region. develop the north and create jobs. this should be your agenda for the 4yrs term if you dont make this your agenda, northern gh will be the dustbin of gh forever, trust me

JM has started causing newly employed their appointments will be terminated and they will go to court and court will order wrongful termination compensations and loss to the state.

JM should stop those things and work after all they are all Ghanaians.

go through orientation etc. The fact is once Ministry of Finance issues warrant, Agencies have to go through a process to recruit. The processes cannot be truncated because of election. Especially, OHCS conducts examination, do selection of qualify persons then organise interviews to select successful candidates for appointment letters to be issued.

What they have to fined out whether MoF issued clearance for engagement.

Please, don't rush else you may create problems.

I know many of the appointees, though experience in politics do not understand the government processes
