The president visiting Volta Region from today should send a strong signal that this country will certainly move forward in a bold move by uniting both Oti Region and Volta as one region. Next getting the eastern corridor roads as that start and end in the northern part of Ghana joining the Burkina faso if he does nothing again these alone will be quite significant. Oti region and Volta needs only one Minister it has been so since independence. If not for pettiness and lack of brains we shouldn't have two now. Just think and look at this.. Brain-Power or a brilliant minds are what we need.Thanks
