Teachers at shs are having attendance books which are kept by classrooms representatives for signing before and end of teaching of a subject. And it is a daily issue to be signed by classrooms representatives and to be presented to form masters for scrutiny at each form meeting organised periodically by the school's assistant academic headmaster. Monitoring and Supervision are already high in shs schools except basic schools where such classroom attendance of teacher is not as intensive as shs . But aside ,there is a general school's attendance book kept at the staff room and monitored by the assistant academic headmaster. The clocking machine for classroom won't last for handling sake by students and schools without security men and fence walls.
