Don't be an office minister for those idiots in the ministry who do nothing but get paid at the end of the month. Encourage individual community participation in the road construction, and that will reduce the burden on the government.

He will visit certain critical areas and make his assessments and then seek information from officers who are in other areas. He then form his opinion based on that and then report to the president and based on that a decision is made. The former president and his ministers toured the country and even commissioned uncompleted projects. Educate yourselves

- Road signs defaced by the campaign posters of politicians and other commercial adverts,
- Speed ramps that have not been clearly marked with reflective signs and markings.
To find very quick but effective solutions to improve safety on our roads.

Is roads minister trying to tell us that agriculture, health, education etc ministers will have to embark on similar tours to assess conditions of all farms, all health facilities, all educational facilities in the country before solving problems ?
