What is the definition of insanity once more? I find myself puzzled by the FA's choice to keep a coach with Otto Addo's track record. His tactical approach is inconsistent, and he seems to lack an understanding of the type of strong, competitive players needed to perform well in international tournaments. Despite his inadequate profile, the decision has been made to retain him. Additionally, the involvement of Randy Abbey and the outdated management committee raises questions. Is there truly no fresh perspective or innovative management strategy that the FA can explore? The current management committee's approach is overly intrusive and undermines any coach's credibility. Why not appoint Randy Abbey as the head coach, considering he will effectively have the final say in all matters concerning Black Stars football?
