@ Ama...i agree with u. This is very dangerous. If the one firing the gun had a sudden heart attack the minister would have been sot dead. Guns must not be brandished anyhow when there is no imminent danger.
An officer who fires a gun at the least excitement can equally fire a gun on the least provocation. That police man should be sanctioned.

This is very unprofessional. The ammunition discharged were bought at public expense and should not be used for "gun salute" to Minster Designate. Gun salutes are reserved for Heads of States.
