What Okudjeto Ablakwa has achieved in the few years he has spent on earth is admirable.
After school, people go into private business, Public service or work in Non Profit/Governmental organisations. In governmental organisations, one can start from the bottom and rise to the top. The person gain skills in people management, negotiation, organisational skills, leadership skills and so on. The person also learns attention to detail, analytical skills and strategic skills.
In all countries, there are people indeed very young ones who from university go straight into Public Services.
Those who are writing that Odade3 Okudjeto Ablakwa has not worked in the private sector before going into public service, DO YOU KNOW WHY GIMPA WAS SET UP?
