Let’s be frank: we wouldn’t expect anything different from the NPP when they are in opposition. When a route is rebuilt on the same spot as an older one, it is still regarded as new. If we continue to classify such projects under that label old, we risk neglecting roads that have worn out and need modernisation. After the old surface is removed and replaced, the result is a brand-new road in the location of the old. it counts as a new road.
