Everyone has a bank account and they can easily register ama on their account and transfer payment to ama. There is a legitimate way of tracking payment..so why this? Why? This rate payment system is fraudulent and must be eradicated asap

  4.that I may have basic social amenities like potable water, schools, recreational grounds at my vicinity .
  
  if I paid the property rate I am expecting the above , if you are not ready to give me the above mentioned facilities then you have no business in collecting those taxes.
  you would be successful if you used the collected taxes for the purpose -the tax were collected.
  you don't collect a bola tax, and use it to pay monthly salaries of government workers, or use it to pay government debt- that won't be acceptable
