The stealing of food and other items from schools and hospitals is a recurring problem from time immemorial. The stealing is worse in institutions with a weak leader. Like a country, if you get a strong and ethical person to head the institution , such stealing like the one in video, would not occur. We must desist from politicisation of such cases and blame tthe greediness of the school officials. The culture of cutting corners among Ghanaians can be found with NPP and NDC members.
