Or better, can't they help you by hiring lawyers for you, after all if you should by chance win the case, your lawyers would also get their money back through the awarded costs? Bro, there are documents covering the investment made, ask an expert or experts to go through the documents and concretely tell you the real outcome and how and in what your bonus was invested!
