Some of our chiefs have become swindlers who do double and triple sale of the same plot of land to several people. Some people have been ruined financially by chiefs over land. Could it be this contract killing is related to something he did to somebody whilst he was a chief? There is no smoke without fire, especially when the killers did not steal anything from the chief. they just shot him and ran away. Go fugure!
