Only recently Mahama announced a scholarship package to sponsor Muslim students to learn medicine abroad, are Muslims the only ones who deserve scholarship? How about other religions? How many Christians can afford the amount of they spend every year traveling to Mecca? We all need scholarship for further studies.

However, as a follower of te events prior to the elections, I can remember two important promises JM made to the Muslims: 1. he will give them another holiday in addition to the one-day Ramadan feast. The second was to reduce the fare to Hajj. I am confident that the president will surely fulfil these two promises.
