They fall over each other to do so with the expectation that the President will overlook any crime they commit against the state.

Management of these institutions are opportunists. They want to maintain the status quo. President Mahama should sack them all and reset the country especially the economy.
How much does it cost the institutions to advertise? Were they repetitive? Your outburst would have made a big impression and impact if you have noted the cost or how much is spent on those supposedly "useless or wasteful" ...

Well said. This is how our limited resources are wasted. Mahama has a lot of work to do. There is so much indiscipline across the board.
Long live Kwesi Pratt. These are all wasteful expenditures. These SOE's are not accountable to the states. It's about time we focus more on these SOEs we can save a lot of money for the state.
