The fact that successive NDC governments haven't been able to jail any former appointee of the NPP could probably mean that they are only tagged with corruption but are clean in reality.
In any case, whoever commits crimes against the state should face justice, and Mahama's government has the mandate to prosecute all such corrupt individuals. Let's wait and see how things unfold.
