In the nineties there were advertised openings at VRA and ECG. Some of my colleagues spoke about writing aptitude tests and subsequently attending interviews. Anybody had an equal chance based on merit.

I suspect it's a different story today. I won't be surprised if it's become a juicy place for only family and friends of management, staff and the political class.

Those people are criminals whether they're NDC or not,
