    Ghanaian farmers need more irrigated land . Fertilisers are useless without water. Kudos to world bank for the support but we need more financial assistance to irrigate our land.

    Kpong Left Bank Project left uncultivated because the rental per acre per year is pegged in thousands of US dollars by MoFA. How can a ghanaian farm there ?

    Is this free money or a loan which the tax payer will pay later? Every loan should be self financing. Proceeds from the project should be used for repayment l. Also consider privatizing the irrigation systems for private busi ...

    Sir, consider somebody was importing these products as their business and making a living.
    The importer wouldn't be happy. So, what would the authorities treat them fairly?

    Why would Ghana borrow money for simple projects such as irrigation system. We have a long way to go. SMH
