Can the State sue the parents for Negligence in providing Child care to their kids?This story doesn't add up and the police shd take on the parents/guardians of these children who have mysteriously died.

It is more than possible that a 6 year-old would close a barrel (of water) and would find it too difficult to open it afterwards - this can even happen to an adult. Tragedies of this nature are reported around the world almost on daily basis. A few years ago there was a report in the US that a two-year-old shot its mother dead with a gun from her own handbag - the baby didn't know what was in the bag, had never seen a gun before (most probably), just pure tragedy

How did the children enter the drum without the drum tilting and falling? We’re talking of a 12 year old boy. Was the drum filled to the brim with water? And how did the other sibling got inside? That drum ain’t that big to accommodate those 2 kids especially when there’s water inside. More questions than answers. Ghana police buck up. And Ghanaians should be introduced to CPR. Instead of rushing them to the hospital, CPR could have helped when they were found. Condolences to the family.
