It’s so unfortunate if you listen to the Presiding Officer and read the comments on here.
First of all, the presiding officer said everything on the pink sheet was his handwriting and he CAN confirm all the figures on there are right in respect of what both NPP and NDC got (ie NPP 118 & NDC 103).
Secondly, he doesn’t remember there was a spoilt ballot at his polling station or properly quoted there was no rejected ballot in the polling station he presided over. Come to think of it, why would someone alter a pink sheet and allocate a figure to spoilt or rejected ballots which does NOT add up to any of the candidates figures.
Thirdly, the sum of ballots casted and the rejected was equal to the total number written both in figures and in words by him as he claimed. (NPP. 118 + NDC 103 + REJECTED 3 = 224).
Let’s be very objective, analyze and think about this whole story very well. Don’t just take sides.
In my opinion there were other people who worked with the presiding officer in that particular polling station ie verification officers, various party agents etc. The EC can fall on all of them to verify what the PO said. Maybe it escaped him or he was under pressure when you watch the video since we hear he bolted when he got there at first looking at the tension in the room and was later convinced to come back assuring him of Police protection.
Another point that shdn’t be forgotten is that the NDC also had a rejected ballot figure of 3 on their photocopied pink sheet that was presented and the NPP had the same number on their scanned copy and the Electoral Commission’s original copy He verified also had the same 3 rejected ballots.
Let’s be honest and very objective with our comments. This is the only Ghana we have. God bless our homeland Ghana.

In 2020, some guys from Databank attached to the Ministry of Finance and Ghana Statistical Service were the main people who rigged the elections results in the strong room of the EC. They were backed by the Police and some useless macho party boys. Ken Ofori Atta sponsored them adequately. NPP can’t win elections without stealing results, even their MPs could steal ballot boxes in parliament tell you that NPP is full of rogues.
