  The best option for Mr President is to collapse all sectors of the ministry. We just waste huge somes of money for nothing. He should kill all the ministries leaving about three. Defense, health and agriculture. All the rest can be grouped under this. Finished. If one want to waste the countries resources that he will channel them to unprofitable ends. Masa check well.
