Keep the gaping festering sore that the abandoned National Cathedral site is today to serve as a memorial and testament to future generations of Ghanaians so that they will learn HOW NOT TO RUN A COUNTRY. And we must not forget to erect a plaque with the names of the "great and good" who lent their names to such a crminal enterprise.Anyone whose name is on this plaque who desires to have their name expunged from it must be made to at least $500,000 into a special fund set up to improve and upgrade our 50 most deprived healthcare centres .However those who dreamed up this hairbrained scheme or are shown to have profitted handsomely from the National Cathedral must be made to pay a penalty of $25,000,000 to $50,000,000 as compensation to to the people of Ghana.
