At least the institutional decay brought your party to power and allowed your party chairman to release hoodlums to cause mayhem across the country. Your pontification is very worrying.

Is this institutional decay only prevalent in the EC or across public services in Ghana? How will you heal it? These NDC appointees are talking too much and we shall soon see governance failures all over.

If NDC means to stop in institutional decay, no party functionaries should head public institutions. The career public servants must take the rings and be held very accountable.
The decay became worse with the npp gov becoming a law to itself, knocking over the Public Services Commission and imposing their choices e.g. that late Ramsar Site 'owner' as CEO of the Forestry Commission
We don't want talk talk o, we want to see your gov respect the system and not take undue advantage of Ghanains. Entrench meritocracy in the public service, don't be like Nebuchadnezzer, who had to chew grass for 7 years, all because he thought he was Ɔdeneho.
If this ndc gov continues the impunity of npp, ....mmmm
