    How can someone win an election and gazetted and a court grant injunction for the person not to be sworn in?What if party A also went to court to seek injunction on all the seats won by party B?

    If NDC means to stop in institutional decay, no party functionaries should head public institutions. The career public servants must take the rings and be held very accountable.
