Solomon Owusu has been known to be loud in his public presentations which have an initial attraction to listen but very often dilute in substance.

AG and parliament are there to enact laws to regulate the operation of the concept. You need business practitioners to advise you on how to turn this fictional 24 hour economy into reality. It's time for action and, not empty rhetorics. Oversimplified solutions to our complex economic issues will definitely not help the country. NDC has been given the opportunity to do exactly what they condemned.
