  A pensioner taking 8000 currently will earn 8712 by their formula. However, 12% of 8000 added to 8000 will give the pensioner 8960. Where is the rest of the money going? I hope no one is going to pocket the rest of the money and use statistics to cover up.

We want it negotiated now and reflected in the January salary. Nothing less than 20% increment across board. No more excuses
