Yes. NDC should come and resolve them. Let see whether they will revoke the licences of the existing insolvent institutions as required by the law and be accused of spoiling local businesses and pay depositors or they will turn a blind eye. At least the out going gvt took some steps to revoke licences and paid some depositors in full. The shareholders who collapsed the banks are walking free. Let see what NDC will do.
