Where did you get your certificate from? The quantity of learners determines the throughput, failure, success and irregularities. If I teach 1 student to pass its a 100% pass rate if he fails its 100% fail.

Students are cheating in exams because they are poorly prepared for it. What is your goal? Is it just to pass students through a system coming out knowing nothing or is it educating students who can come out and solve real problems the country faces. Free education as it is now is very bad for the future of the country. Students are not getting the quality education they deserve. Review it and make changes.

It seems we have politicians who want to grab headlines at any given space. Apaak is one such notorious populist. Exam malpractices exist since exams as a way of assessment, was introduced. The reported incidents have increased because the number of candidates have increased. Whether they are were prepared well for exams, depends on the quality of teachers employed to guide the students. The quality of teachers depends on the quality of our tertiary institutions that churn out these teachers. We need to ask more questions about the free SHS and find the appropriate solutions to it. If you feel like cancelling it, do so for the whole country. We wait to see !
