  Slay queens and Papano are back, dumso, cash and carry health care, classrooms without chalk and books, excessive corruption, violence, ponzi banks, ponzi schemes, digital systems for electricity and water payments will break down and individuals will collect the monies for themselves, open bribery by civil and public servants will increase, and excessive propaganda will follow in due course.
