After that, ownership of that land must be clearly defined. If Nii Ayi Bonté thinks corporate structures are a better bet, well then, so be it and I would agree with him. But his traditional Council should however do well to set up a serious professionall organization to locate and manage all their lands within his domain.

They originally gave the land to government for development. What do you think should happen? that, the government should corruptibly steal or sell it amongst friends?
