Nana Addo’s speech is just a put up speech far from the truth. This is a person who was branded as a visionary leader but rather a crook. All those figures he mentioned are not real; cooked ones from the Ministry of Finance. First of all, that ministry requires immediate overhauling. They are crooks; forensic audit is needed at HR, Debt Management Division, External Resource Mobilization and Economic Relations Divisions. A lot has gone worse over-there, like Dedicated Security Systems Project, Rural Telefonica Project, Economic Transformation Project, Jobs for Skills Project. Some of them with project coordinators but the money for that has been paid over the years. That’s how useless the World Bank is. The service providers are family and friends, evidence is there. Furthermore, the Ministey of Local Govt. and Rural Development should be well investigated for the world bank projects they have executed. They are crooks.
