We live in a country where impunity has been the order of the day from illegal connections be it light or water, poisonous extortions at our ports, galamseying, robbery etc but when institutions mandated to correct these wrongs take action, politicians would be holding press conferences to castigate these same mandated institutions to make huge political capital out of it. I believe the action as taking by the water company is the sanest way to go, with that, the very people will know the harm they are causing themselves and their unborn generations.
