Honestly this wholesale FREE SHS doesn't make sense at all. Where in the world, even in the rich advanced countries does FREE BOARDING SHS HAPPEN? The commonsensical thing to do is FREE DAY SHS. If parents decide to send their wards out of their FREE DAY SHS jurisdiction to boarding schools outside their community, they must be made to pay for the boarding component and enjoy everything that the day student enjoys like tuition, books, uniforms etc for free. I'm sure that is the reasoning behind the E-blocks, but for political expediency, Mahama will be scared to review the boarding aspect to make parents to contribute their quota.

Unfortunately, heads of institutions who spoke out about these problems were silenced, victimized, and intimidated."
