There is something that l don’t understand from these lecturers. Do they really research and make publications to demand money for them? I very much remember Kwamena Dickson of UCC sent many lecturers away for not researching and publishing for years. In the Developed West, Elementary School teachers contribute to research and publications in their academic areas. Let our University lecturers and other school teachers tell us and prove the publications they have made in the last twenty years.
