  Good piece of advice. However, many men in Ghana can't afford to to have their prostrate checked every six months. It's better to advise that they have their prostrate checked once annually, and that they consume healthy foods, including leafy vegetables and fresh fruits, as well as exercising regularly if they they physically can and to refrain unhealthy habits like smoking and illicit drug use while avoiding stressful situations.
  A doctor will make the necessary recommendations, and one has to do one's utmost best to follow the advice given by the doctor. All men should avoid using so-called native remedies, for these have no track record of being helpful in dealing with prostrate issues, and the peddlers of these native healing remedies do not possess the means to perform examinations that with instruments that can detect the condition of the prostrate. Seek the assistance of physicians.
