The problem with most of you with low self esteem and doubt on personal capabilities is that, you see every criticism as envy or diabolic. That's why most of you fail to succeed by relying on bitterness instead of trying to work on your shortcomings. People with your sense of judgment continue to deteriorate even when the solution to their predicaments is in front of them. What actually is Akwasi successful for in his coaching career? He is a mediocre and lacks charisma as a coach whether you agree or not.

Kwasi Appiah is technically astute. It is just that he wasn't respected by the Black Stars players just because he was a local coach. Besides, his persona as a gentle calm person affected him because Black Stars players generally need a hardliner as a coach to deal with the problem of ego. Football these days is about discipline and organization, not big names or superstars. Kwasi Appiah have proven that with Sudan. The last Afcon in fact also demonstrated that where mostly minnows subdued traditional giants of African football. The problem of the Black Stars is not lack of talent. The persistent decline in form of the Black Stars is mainly due to corruption, favouritism, organization and disciplinary issues.
