Nonsense, both are not the same. NPP is a criminal organisation while NDC is a political party. NPP appointed OSP and turned around to fight against it. For their activities at EOCO the least said about it the better.

Assafuah may sound stupid to you, but for the objective minded he is more intelligent on the analysis of the topic than his teacher. If you have evidence which is not yet established by the court you don't put it in the public to tarnish the image of the accused. As a lawyer, Kpebu should know the ORAL team could be subjected to defamation suits if their evidence fail in court. Again, Assafuah is right when he questioned the constitutionality of the ORAL. John Dramani just won an election and hasn't been sworn in yet. Consequently, he doesn't have presidential powers yet to appoint such a team aside his transition team. Even if he has, why create ORAL (a non-constitutional entity) when there are state institutions for that purpose? Does that strengthen state institutions? What credibility does a political entity like ORAL has to deal with corruption in a way acceptable by Ghanaians. Who will prosecute those cases ORAL or the Attorney General or both? What confusion is this? Is their modus operandi anything different from the NDC propaganda machine that has been milling out allegations without substance over the past eight years? If there are stolen monies anywhere go and recover it and stop the social media prosecution.
