  So the animals NPP could not win even a half sit in Oti. I thought they said Bawumia pulled crowds at Oti Region which has made Mahama afraid. Have they chopped Bawumia's money free and voted against that fool?

  The new regions are part of the reasons NPP is on opposition.They thought developing those areas will bring votes.Ghanaians rate the economy money on the pocket more than infrastructure.
