I still don’t understand why the WAEC p.r.o Mr Kappi lied to Ghanaians describing it as SCANDALOUS for the Minister to say the WASSCE results would be out on 29 th Dec.

It's like the results were completed and ready to be released long time but WAEC held on to receive the money from government before releasing.
