6 Pay your taxes, too, for these same reasons. For government workers need to be paid. They are serving God in what they do. 7 Give to everyone what you owe them:
Pay your taxes and government fees to those who collect them, and give respect and honor to those who are in authority.

We see disgruntled individuals all over social media accusing the church and calling for a return to the roots of Africanism. Very sad but this is the result of neo-prophetic bishops, their acts, and their style of living. We see Con-Manship not Christianity today. Remember, prayers in secret consultation rooms are no plain issues on the internet. There are no church secrets anymore. The internet has closed the gap between prophecy and reality. I see a REAWAKENING of Traditional African Religion as Christianity gradually collapses. These days, we no longer see the Pentecostal and charismatic movements flourishing in the country as we once did. This is because there are far too many individual pastors engaging in activities that are not divinely inspired. Nowadays, anyone can rise up, don clerical attire, and declare themselves a pastor. The fervent fasting and praying that once characterised Pentecostal practices have now been diluted, giving way to carnality within the church.

Many pastors in these end times are not truly called by God and lack a divine mandate for ministry. In some cases, individuals who are unemployed and seeking a source of income have turned to the church as an easy way to make money, rather than dedicating themselves to preaching the true Word of God. Even the Pentecostal and charismatic churches have suffered significant decline.

The rise of mega-churches has contributed to the downfall of the Pentecostal movement. There are far too many false preachers infiltrating the church and tarnishing the authenticity of the true Pentecostal message. Moreover, some pastors have joined organisations like Freemasonry while pretending to serve God.

Even gospel music today has become overly worldly, lacking the anointing it once had. It is truly disheartening to see how the church has strayed from its original course.
