Resetting Ghana is really a good slogan to mobilise the people into action. However, in the previous Mahama administration, he came up with the slogan "A better Ghana for all" and what happened? It was an empty rhetorics with NDC leadership involved in many scandals. NDC wants to rebuild image as a credible party and it needs the trust of the people. Rebuilding trust takes time. It requires consistent efforts in showing integrity, transparency and commitment for positive change. To drive the positive change requires leader quality. Ethical leadership with integrity can restore trust and mobilise the people to accelerate development. Ethical leadership will minimize corruption and use state funds optimally for development. What will be the legacy of Mahama?
