1.how do you want me to apply the speed limits , if there are no proper speed limits signpost on the roads ?
2, how do you want me to apply for NO OVER TAKEN , if there are no road signs post to indicate that ?
ad3n na moagyimi gyomi saaa ?
you call yourself national road safety commission but lack the credibility to compel the government to make sure that all the regulations in our books are easily applicable on the road,
you just come out only at the end of every year to to force drivers to adhere to roadsigns that are nowhere to be found on our roads.
no proper roads, poor engineering of roads, no road markings , no proper road speed limits- here, you call Kumasi to Accra road a highway- where in the world do you seen 30km/H on a highway ?
where in the world do you see portholes, and speed bumps on a Highway ?
I always get angry when fools like you come out to asking drivers who are already driving in pains on the unmotorable roads in this country to comply with traffic regulations.
until I see you advocating serious for better roads, proper and magnificent markings and signpost, I would never respect and take you fools seriously-
because you are nothing than hypocritical idiots

Follow the FDA and NSA etc and conduct field checks with GP to monitor overloading, overspeeding, dtiving on the shoulders, Pedestrians have refused to use the pedestrian crossings at Madina Firestone, Madina Zongo, Mallam Market built with tax payers money. Stealing and destruction of street light, road safety devices such as guard rails, saftey fences at Lapas Motorway ext. yet NRSA is silent.. Hawkers have taken over the highways at Mankessim, Fumso, Akomadan, Konongo, Legon Okponglo etc causing huge congestion delays . One wonders where is Road Safety in all of this. The authority has been reduced to an information outlet churning out data and statistics of accidents, deaths and injuries only. No field control or collaboration with GP on enforcement.

Mahama should introduce prosecution for "negligence of duty". People should be prosecuted for not doing their jobs. There should be discipline in the country. We can never develop as a nation when people don't do their jobs but receive salary at the end of the month. The NRSA should do more field controls and ensure that the shortfalls are corrected and not see their role as "churning out data and statistics of accidents, deaths and injuries only".
