But now they are acting swiftly just to avert NDC tactics. Then when people say the courts are partisan, they cry foul!!

It always works. The judge can twist the law as and when. Even clear law about vacant seats we all heard the ruling. They should have just ignored the recolation since it is not part of electoral proceedings and recognize the winners in the first declaration as real winners. When the NPP MPs come to parliament the will not be allowed in by the speaker, then they will rather rush to court then it becomes another tag of war between Supreme Court and speaker. Because for now it is only the speaker who can face the corrupt judges

This is a process. They can choose to debate or ignore their requests. The initial winners by the various presiding officers are going to be sworn in parliament. If not, what happened 8 years ago will be small.

My brother, it is strange how the NDC works. I am already beginning to wonder if it is worth the trouble giving them the support that they will so badly need to survive for the next four years. Sometimes I wonder if it is crass naivety or just plain stupidity on their part, considering some of the obtuse decisions they have taken since they won the elections.
Everybody - including the most illiterate truck pushers at Agbogbloshie market know that the courts have been tweaked against their interests, yet, they are once again bumbling there in all earnest of a fair ruling. The end result is that, the courts will most probably rule against them and if that happens, it will significantly raise public tensions to a level which may be difficult to manage. Secondly, such a decision will appear to confirm the widely spread notion that the NDC is a lawless Party, or, simply put, they don't know what they are about and therefore, they are not a reliable political option.
In the unlikely situation that the courts rule in favor of the NDC it will be generally considered that the courts may have done so only to pacify the in-coming NDC govt for their earlier misdeeds in the case between the Speaker and Afenyo Markin or even to disabuse the minds of the enraged public that they are not working from a subject position of state capture. No matter how just, such a ruling may be, it will only go to further deepen the thinking of many that the courts are not serious nor professional in their proceedings.
The truth of the matter is that this case should not have been sent to court at all. Whatever ruling that may come out of the court on the matter, will not dramatically affect the political fortunes of both the NDC or the NPP.
The ideal or most sensible option to die this little, but threatening storm, would have been for the shamefully inept EC to call for a re-run of the 9 constituencies under strict supervision.

Some times stupidities exhibited by EC provoke some of us use harsh language we were not brought up with. Jean Mensah and her reckless cohorts who intended to set this peaceful country ablaze should know that in 2020, there was even gun shot killing eight innocent Ghanaians by NPP idiots by this stupid commissioners advised that the issue should be sent to court for resolution. What has changed? Why can't Jean Mensah and idiots also be principled a little? They have exposed themselves that they are really working for NPP but not mother Ghana. We live to see what this unanimous supreme court judges will say again as far as this case is concerned. All NDC MPs -elect whose results have been redeclared by this evil minded electoral commissioners should join their colleagues in parliament no matter the situation. Ghana does not belong to NPP and Akufo Addo. Jean Mensah and his criminal co-commisioners are jokers.
