One way to find out. Compare the thumb print on the one vote. Does it match Cheddar or his wife.
The video clearly showed that he thumb printed the top candidate, which is Bawumia, after going through we all saw him thumbprint the top

This same thing happened to Late Gen Erskine.His party did not get a single(1 ) vote at the polling center where he cast his vote in 1992. There may be several reasons for that like wrong Collating or Counting.
