  What does the USAID get out of this?. Think before you assign the country to getting things free. The getting things for nothing is helping aid in the decay of Ghana. This money could be used to help some of the dilapidated CHIP compounds in the country which are only health care facilities by name. Let's grow up and stop depending on others to do things for us. We eventually pay for these good deeds in kind. Thanks. YEN.
