Ghana needs less than a third of current staff population in the public service.
Most of the people employed are there because of their relationship with politicians. They are nothing but a burden to the tax payer.

Article 180 of the 1992 constitution is there to salvage the situation.
Parliamentarians, are paid from the sky or moon, therefore the ex gracia and allowances they enloys would fall like mana from heaven.
