How can you subject EC officials to duress and force them to declare elections with 70% of the results? How can you hold a weapon to the EC official and ask him to declare the results in your party's favour? The aggrieved party should rather be challenging the reasons for the re-collation and not the re-collation itself? Did what the EC Chair person said actually happened? This is the question we must answer. Did what actually happen and the circumstances thereof amounts to a fair electoral declaration?
