Is there a clear cut distinction between gathering information, analysis and verification of the information and investigation and prosecution. Especially is the preparatory stages are done by politicians to punish politicians it I'd not possible not blare the lines and deepen mistrust of State institutions and public servants acting professional and within the confines of the law. The mere fact that it includes an ex Auditor General, Police Commander and a reelected MP does not guarantee that they will be acting within the confines of the existing law?
