Ghanaians need to wake up otherwise we will sooner than later find our democracy is gone. We have taken things for granted and not condemn the government for its acts. They have corrupted all organisations and made people believe you can operate not according to the law but to your own rules. I don’t know what is more dangerous.

Why should incomplete electoral results declared under duress be made to stand? Mr. IMANI BOSS! You and your so-called colleagues who have been recruited by Dampare to do his bidding for him by fighting for him to be retained by John Mahama will not work. That bogus Supreme Court case cannot stop John Mahama from sacking Dampare. The pendency of the lawsuit does not in any way injunct John Mahama or Nana Addo from sacking Dampare. Granted that Dampare is sacked by Nana Addo, who is the sitting president now, can you cite him for contempt? He is immune to any civil or criminal action while in office. Same will apply to John Mahama when he assumes office as president.
Dampare's actions and in actions as IGP, per the securitization theory, can be classified as a National Security threat under the study of national security law and practice in Ghana.
Be that as it may, despite the pendency of the lawsuit, Dampare can be sacked by the appointing authority or any sitting president. E-Levy tax bill was signed into law by Nana Addo despite the pendency of a lawsuit in the Supreme Court to injuct its passage and challenge its signing into law.
